GATE CODE AUTHORIZATION

The New Gate Code Authorization Has Started!

The Board of Directors and KLRF Administration are pleased to announce that the Gate Code Authorization Form is now available to all Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands (KLRF) lot owners. Each lot owner can now start registering their lots.

In addition, we are now distributing official KLRF vehicle stickers. Both measures are part of our enhanced security initiatives.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting your Gate Code Authorization Form has been extended from March 1 to March 15, 2025.

Accessing the Form

  1. Physical Copy: Available for pickup at the guard shack or at the administration office during regular operating hours.

  2. Digital Download Copy: Download the form from our online portal: Gate Authorization Form
  3. Online Access: Access and complete the form electronically via our secure portal at our website: Digital Gate Authorization Form

  4. Via text: Send “GATECODE FORM” to (808) 646-2936 and we will send it to your email address

Key Information and Policy

FOB Key Distribution Policy:

  • Each LOT OWNER or PART OWNER receives 2 FOB keys

  • Example: If your lot has 3 owners, each owner will receive 2 FOB keys (total of 6 FOB keys for the lot)

  • All previous FOB keys must be returned as they will no longer be active

  • $350 fee will be charged for unauthorized copying or sharing of FOB keys

Gate Code Access:

  • Each lot will receive one private gate code

  • This code can be shared with your authorized guests and visitors

  • The code will be emailed/texted to all listed lot owners once processed

Security Fee Policy: The $350 fee applies to:

  • Unauthorized copying of FOB keys

  • Sharing FOB keys with unauthorized users

  • Compromised gate codes requiring re-issuance

  • Any violation of gate access security measures

Vehicle Stickers:

    • They help us protect your property. We’re actively addressing the issue of abandoned vehicles in our community, and any unidentified vehicles may be marked for towing at the owner’s expense.

    • The stickers allow our patrol team to quickly identify official vehicles versus visitors, streamlining access and improving security monitoring.

    • This system helps us maintain better oversight of vehicle traffic within KLRF, creating a safer environment for all residents.
