The fines escalate as follows:

• $500 for the 1st month.
• $1000 for the 2nd month.
• $2000 for the 3rd month.
• $4000 for the 4th month.
• $8000 for the 5th month.

Regarding the sixth month, it is to be noted that the foreclosure of your property shall take place, thus rendering it a legal matter that necessitates the engagement of legal professionals. Henceforth, we regret to inform you that our assistance in this matter shall no longer be feasible.
