Aloha KLRF ʻohana,
With the roads and water system well on their way back to normal, we are turning toward the next phase for Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands. This month brings news on a major water project, an important management change, and one quick favor we need from every lot owner.
The reservoir project is next
Strengthening our water infrastructure does not stop at the pipes. As part of that same effort, we are moving ahead with patching and restoring the reservoirs. This one matters for the long haul. A healthy reservoir system means more reliable water for every KLRF lot owner, this year and for many years to come.
Because of the size of this project, we are going to need hands. We will be asking for volunteers from the community, and we will share the details on how to pitch in very soon. If you have been looking for a way to give back to the ridge, this is a good one.
A reminder about our property management transition
As we shared earlier, KLRF is transitioning to Associa Hawaii as our new property management company, effective May 1st. Associa brings a deeper level of operational support, resources, and hands-on experience that will strengthen day-to-day management, improve how we communicate with owners, and support the long-term needs of the ridge. The goal is simple. A more efficient, more responsive, and better-supported experience for every lot owner.
Please take a minute to verify your mailing address
Here is the one favor. Even if you are certain your information is current, please take a moment to confirm your mailing address as part of this transition. It sounds small, but it really matters. Getting it right now means you will not miss important notices later.
You can confirm your address with David at david@kunialoaridgefarmlands.com. It only takes a minute.
Moving forward, together
The last stretch tested this community, and it also showed what our KLRF ʻohana is made of. Resilience, patience, and neighbors showing up for each other. We are now heading into the next phase, restoring and rebuilding together, and we will keep you posted as each project moves along.
Mahalo for being part of what makes this place special.
Mahalo,
KLRF Board of Directors
